These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from the qhaoutlet.com. By ordering goods from qhaoutlet.com you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

A contract is formed between QHA and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are despatched, the order may be cancelled.
Our delivery charge to mainland UK is FREE no matter how large your order is.
Next Day Delivery:
The next day delivery service applies on orders placed before 3.30pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday. The next day delivery service is only available in our personal courier areas and is subject to stock availability and demand. When the personal courier service is not available, QHA will deliver by an alternative carrier and this may take longer. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Next Day Delivery is not available during Sale periods. Specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time you order.
Completed order cannot be cancelled.
You may return any item within 14 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition. If you return items after this time we may refund only the cost of the item to your Account. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the approval period may not be credited to your account unless they are faulty. If you return the whole order we will refund the full product value except P&P as this part of our service to you has been completed. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We accept PayPal payments.
All products are sold are new and on the basis that they are suitable for use only.
QHA welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.
We aim to operate in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not supply customer information to third parties. We will only use your email address to contact you in relation to an enquiry you have made; in the event that a problem arises; for administrative purposes or operational reasons relating to our service. We may occasionally email you with details of new services or offers.
You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct them promptly or delete you from our database.
